Tewkesbury Council to Stop Commercial Waste Collections
The Tewkesbury Borough Council has announced that as of 27 November 2023, they will be closing their Commercial Waste Collection Service.

Over the last few years, the Tewkesbury Borough Council has found it challenging to overcome the increasing costs of running its Commercial Waste Collections. After some careful consideration, and reviewing their options, the council have decided that it is no longer viable to offer this service.
What does this mean for local businesses?
We have found that there are many businesses still presently unaware of these changes from the council. You may have received a letter around late August 2023, announcing the notice of closure, giving businesses 3 months notice until Monday the 27th of November 2023.
The council will arrange their last collection day, and organise for your bins to be collected.
