2019 was marked as a fantastic year of expansion for Great Western Recycling. We now have national coverage and are 100% zero to landfill, with multiple Waste Management and Recycling solutions that we provide. From simple general waste collections, to multiple recycling services and clinical waste. After a successful weekend at the Keynsham Music Festival in the summer, we are offering zero to landfill to festivals and events both in Bristol and Nationally. The sales, services and marketing teams have expanded ever since.
2020
During 2020 we moved into new offices and we attained our ISO accreditation, as well as introduced a brand new customer relationship management system that allows customers to log in to see lift schedules, online transfer notes and much more.
Sales
The growth we have seen since 2019 has been thanks to some great new key accounts within Great Western Recycling and has helped us to expand our services country wide. Multiple sites and multiple stream collections with single invoicing has given our team the upper hand when working with national companies. The expansion in the sales team has also made a huge impact. We work with a group of care homes that we will supply a complete one stop shop. This includes, waste, recycling, food recycling and clinical waste for all sites. The customer was impressed that we offered them uniform services for all sites, savings and all on one invoice.
